Our annealing products are fabricated from high-quality nickel sheets with a nickel content up to 99.9% or pure copper plates. They undergo cold rolling on a 100-ton precision rolling mill, followed by cutting, polishing and other finishing processes. These products are widely applied to the annealing units of both imported and domestic wire drawing machines.

Our carbon fiber bow frames are manufactured from ultra-high-strength carbon fiber. 
Thanks to the specially engineered angular design, wind resistance is lowered when the twisting bow runs at high speed, which reduces power consumption and cuts operational costs for enterprises.

We provide pure nickel, steel-clad nickel, and copper-chromium alloy annealing barrels.

We mainly supply three types of nickel barrels: pure nickel barrels, steel-clad nickel barrels and copper-chromium alloy annealing barrels.
The purity of pure nickel barrels can reach 99.9%;
The nickel coating thickness of steel-clad nickel barrels is up to 3 mm.
We also provide special contact tubes dedicated to tin plating lines. Featuring high electrical conductivity, ultra-fine surface finish and dynamic balance processing, these tubes are available for OEM and ODM customization services.

Our guide wheels are available in multiple variants including ceramic and tungsten carbide types. We supply aluminum pulleys with ceramic coatings in a wide range of sizes to deliver optimal performance and extended service life.
